MY STORY

About Nina Cambadélis

When I was 14, I decided to dedicate myself to the cause of peace.

Philosophy, history, geopolitics, diplomacy: I’m studying these subjects to understand the world. But I quickly realize that to make a tangible impact, I need to take more direct action.

Fifteen years of working in organizational transformation and sustainable development have taught me one thing: it is not the planet that is in crisis, but humanity. And I am convinced that it is desire, rather than fear, that will drive change.

I then founded Armunia Conseil to help executives embody a more inspiring, credible, and impactful style of leadership, and to engage teams in making their organizations more agile, sustainable, innovative, and well-suited to a rapidly changing society.

MY PURPOSE

The world will not change through coercion or fear, but through desire.

Armunia helps executives become “En-Vie” leaders.
These are vibrant decision-makers—calm amid chaos, connected to others and to the Earth—who inspire others to follow them and leave a legacy they can stand behind.

MY VISION

In a chaotic world, we can no longer make decisions the way we used to.

Plans become obsolete before they can be put into action, and certainties are no longer enough. What endures is the ability to adapt, to create, and to take risks.

A leader can only lead if they fully embody their vision. Their expertise is reassuring, and their demeanor is inspiring. Their drive stems first from reconnecting with themselves, then with the system in which they operate, and with the life around them.

And a vision can only inspire action if it resonates with those who embrace it. Employees, customers, and partners will only move forward if they are co-creators of that vision, not merely those who carry out its directives.

Change within organizations—and, more broadly, within our societies—will depend on people: their mindset, their energy, and their ability to envision the future.

MY METHOD

Four Pillars

Chaos cannot be controlled—it must be navigated. You remain in control of your path: I’ll join you on this journey, bringing proven tools, a systemic perspective, and intuition to help you uncover your strengths and keep your priorities in sight.

1. EXPLORATION

We know where we’re starting and where we want to go—but not necessarily where we’ll end up. We take a step back, experiment, and open ourselves up to a world of possibilities.

2. CONNECTION

We connect what is too often disconnected: first to oneself, then to others and the world. Focus on what matters most, communicate strategically, and surround yourself with the right people to make the impossible possible.

3. DEPTH

No superficial conversations. Without judgment, we delve through the rational, relational, and emotional layers to emerge clear-headed, centered, and confident.

4. LEGACY

What legacy do you want to leave behind? In what condition do you want to leave your team, your organization, and the planet? That’s what will guide even your most difficult decisions.

If there’s one thing I want you to take away from this journey, it’s this sense of serenity: the feeling of inner peace, even in the midst of external chaos. Once you’re clear on what truly matters, on the mark you want to leave, and on who you want to be, you’ll be able to navigate life with serenity, no matter what.

Three Roles

Whether I'm working individually, as part of a team, or on a board of directors, I wear three different hats.

Supporter

I'll help you strengthen your foundation: reconnect with your talents, overcome your limiting beliefs, and develop strategies based on your successes.

Challenger

I help you identify your pitfalls, and I dig deeper to make sure that your decisions are truly your own—and that you’ll be able to stand by them over time.

Strategist

Once you have a clear vision of who you want to be as a leader, I’ll help you find the smoothest and most effective path to get there and get your partners on board.
