What data is collected
This site collects data in only two cases, and only the data you choose to provide.
When you use the contact form, the information collected includes your name, email address, and the content of your message, as well as your phone number and the name of your organization, if you provide them.
When you sign up for the newsletter, the only information collected is your email address.
No banking information is collected on this site. No user accounts are created. No data is sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long are they kept?
Data from the contact form: three years from the last communication, after which it is deleted. If the initial contact leads to a consulting engagement, the data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and then archived for the statutory limitation and accounting retention periods.
Email address registered for the newsletter: until you unsubscribe, and for up to three years after the last contact.
Who has access to it?
Your data is processed by Nina Cambadélis and, where applicable, by service providers whose involvement is strictly necessary for the operation of the website. These service providers act solely on the instructions of ARMUNIA CONSEIL and may not use your data for any other purpose.
Squarespace, Inc. (United States), the website host and provider of the contact form. Substack Inc. (United States), the newsletter distribution service.
Both of these service providers are based in the United States. Data transfers to that country are carried out in accordance with the European Commission’s Adequacy Decision of July 10, 2023, regarding the EU-U.S. data protection framework, or, failing that, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Your data may also be disclosed to an administrative or judicial authority when required by law.
